In July 2006, ATC Partners purchased 340 Brannan in the highly desirable SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco. This five-story office building consists of approximately 38,000 square feet of creative and spacious suites.
The building is situated in an ideal commute location: near Caltrain, Light Rail (BART connection), Muni Buses, 280, 101, and the Bay Bridge. It is also conveniently located just two blocks from the AT&T ballpark and the many shops and restaurants at South Park.
ATC recently renovated the lobby providing a more modern and calming feel to our building. The soothing waterfall and beautiful landscape provides our tenants with a zen-like environment to work in.
