In November 2005, ATC Partners LLC purchased 4800 Great America Parkway in the heart of Silicon Valley for $10.8 million from GMAC Financial.
Formerly known as Parkway Towers, the project is a five-story office building with 71,000 square feet. Its Santa Clara location near Highway 101 and 237 makes it an ideal location for small tenant users from around the South Bay.
ATC recently renovated the building lobby with a modern, technology-friendly design and repositioned the project’s identity as an attractive location for small business tenants.
