ATC Partners purchased this glass-lined 38,000 square foot office building in February 2007. The three-story small tenant building is located in Beaverton, Oregon, just a few miles west of Portland. It is situated in a highly desirable area, close to residential neighborhoods, with convenient access to Highway 217.
The lobby and corridors were recently renovated to provide a lighter, more modern style and image, with new stone flooring, modern light fixtures and new lobby and corridor ceilings.
