Located on the San Francisco peninsula in Burlingame, California, the Burlingame Office Center was ATC Partners’ seventh office building acquisition of 2007. The property, which features approximately 105,000 square feet of office space, is located at 1633 Bayshore Highway. It is a three-story, multi-tenant office building with easy access to Highway 101. It is less than a mile south of San Francisco Airport.
Due to its convenient location, 1633 Bayshore mainly serves to the Northern San Mateo County residents. Numerous suites have great views of San Francisco Bay. ATC Partners plans to update the common areas of the building to give it a 21st century look to make it even more appealing to high technology, Web 2.0 and other professional tenants in the area.
