In March 2007, ATC Partners purchased this three-story brick building in the San Fernando Valley. It is a small tenant office building consisting of approximately 34,000 square feet of rentable space. The building is situated in an ideal commute location, with its great access to the 405 and 5 freeways. There is also secure, underground parking for its tenants.
ATC Partners recently renovated the building’s lobby and corridors, removing dated faux brick interiors with stone flooring, modern light fixtures and soft earth-tone accents. The renovations are aimed at enriching the professional image of building for its small-business tenants.
