In February 2007, ATC Partners purchased this 47,000 square feet office building in Beaverton, Oregon. The three-story property attracts tenants with its convenient location near the intersection of Highway 217 and Interstate 5. ATC recently renovated the main lobby and corridors, which has significantly modernized the look of the building to bring a more elegant design.
