ATC Partners purchased this 50,000 square foot building, commonly known as the Paulson Building, in June 2007. The six-story, steel frame mid-rise is located along the Willamette River at 811 SW Naito Parkway in downtown Portland, Oregon.
This distinct red brick building offers great views of the river and plenty of underground parking. ATC plans to renovate the lobby and corridors with a design by local architects Group MacKenzie to further enhance the distinguished reputation of the property.
