ATC Partners purchased the 164,000 square-foot project formerly known as Meridian Square on March 27, 2006.
“We believe Meridian Square is a great location and has excellent long-term value as Silicon Valley makes its latest comeback,” said Mike Halper, managing partner of ATC. “It is conveniently located near Highway 280 and Stevens Creek has always been a prominent South Bay address.”
Stevens Creek Executive Park consists of three, two-story office buildings totaling approximately 136,000 square feet and two, single-story retail buildings totaling 28,000 square feet. The project covers three parcels on about nine acres.
