330 Townsend Street, San Francisco

330 Townsend Street, originally built in the 1920s as a brick-and-timber meat packing warehouse, now attracts small business of all stripes, from public relations firms to small software start-ups. The old warehouse was converted to an office building in 1984 and, in the late 1990s, saw further upgrades such as lobby upgrades, seismic strengthening and ADA compliance work.
